Job summary

Caldwell Homes, part of Caldwell Companies, seeks a Sales Associate to guide buyers from first visit through contract and construction in Porter, Texas. You will build trusted relationships and support community sales goals, coordinating information across sales, design, and customer service.

The role requires a strong track record in new home sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends. You will manage the model home and respond promptly to buyer questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher, degree preferred.
• 3+ years in new home sales or related sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.
• CRM/sales tracking and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide prospective buyers to suitable homes and plans.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and financing to present accurately.
• Prepare and process contracts and related sales documents promptly.
• Coordinate selections and communicate updates across teams.
• Manage model home and sales office during hours.
• Follow up with prospects throughout sales and construction.
• Generate leads through Realtor relationships and community partners.
• Record sales activity and pipeline data in CRM and report to VP.
• Participate in sales training and stay informed on market activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
