Job summary

The Caldwell Homes Builder leads day-to-day construction of single-family homes in the Cypress, Texas area. This role takes ownership of jobsites, coordinates trade partners, solves field problems, and works with customers throughout the homebuilding process to ensure quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• At least two years of residential construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to coordinate trade partners and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors and maintain workflow.
• Ensure construction follows approved plans and Caldwell Homes standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
• Use construction management systems to track activity and inspections.
• Prepare homes for inspections and resolve issues.
• Represent Caldwell Homes with professionalism and respect to customers.
• Support Design Center efforts and uphold Caldwell Homes brand.
• Take ownership from start to finish.
