Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Look no further! Our Ryan Homes team is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives. No real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Position: Sales Representative Location: Parsippany, NJ Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
