Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, product offerings, and sales trends.
• Monitor daily customer traffic using tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and neighborhood promotions to drive sales growth.
