Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate – New Home Sales in Elk Grove/Roseville, CA to support community sales operations. You will greet visitors, assist tours, maintain CRM data accuracy, and contribute to a professional, welcoming buyer experience.

The role provides exposure to homebuilding sales processes, model home operations, and collaboration with mortgage teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with first impressions.
• Assist Community Sales Consultants and tours as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events, community activities and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks including contracts and reports.
