Job summary

New Home Star in Southwest Florida is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant focused on social media marketing to partner with Maronda Homes. No real estate experience required; we provide training, tools, and support to help you thrive.

You will be the heartbeat of the model home, creating engaging content and connecting with people both online and in person. You’ll work 20–30 hours weekly, earning $20 per hour.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Availability: Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, including weekdays and some weekends. Flexibility is key in a fast moving market.
• Social Media Skills: Confidence creating engaging posts, taking quality photos, and filming and editing short videos. Experience using social media to promote a business, product, or community is strongly preferred.
• Experience: One to two years of experience in social media, marketing, an administrative role, or a customer facing setting is a plus. Previous real estate experience is not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship building, and adaptability. A creative eye, initiative, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva and basic video editing apps, along with (Specific tech tools, i.e. CRM, Microsoft or Google Workspace).
• Education: High school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred.
• Other: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.

What You’ll Earn

This is a part time position, averaging 20 to 30 hours per week, with an hourly pay of $20.
