Job summary

New Home Star in Spring Hill, Florida is seeking high-energy sales professionals to lead buyers through the new home purchasing journey and close deals.

You’ll receive industry-leading training, CRM and marketing support, and unlimited earning potential with an uncapped commission plan after a short training period. A Florida real estate license is required. Weekend onsite work and reliable transportation are expected; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability: Must work onsite, weekends required.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus.
• Education/License: Bachelor's preferred.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Active Florida Real Estate License
• Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.

What You’ll Earn

• Begin with a guaranteed salary during your training and ramp-up period (up to 5 months), then transition to our performance-based plan with uncapped commissions once you’re sales-floor ready. Enjoy faster payouts and consistent earnings—half of your commission is paid upfront and the rest at closing.
• Estimated total annual earnings of $100,000+.
