Job summary

Veridian Homes is seeking a New Home Apprentice to support our New Home Specialists with administrative tasks, scheduling, CRM maintenance, and coordination of contracts and closings. You will participate in open houses and customer appointments while developing your sales skills.

You will receive ongoing coaching and training from Sales Management, with a clear path to advance into a New Home Specialist role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and desire to build a residential home sales career.
• Positive, coachable attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology and CRM systems.
• Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate License with company support.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more New Home Specialists with administrative tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Schedule appointments, communicate with customers and Realtors, and maintain CRM records.
• Assist with contract preparation, transaction coordination, and closing activities.
• Participate in open houses and customer appointments while developing sales skills.
• Receive ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship from Sales Management and experienced New Home Specialists.
• Build knowledge and experience to advance into a New Home Specialist position based on performance.
