Middleburg Communities is seeking a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to drive sales and deliver exceptional service throughout the home leasing and move-in process. You will guide residents through model tours, showcase community features, and help them envision a future with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–2+ years of high‑touch customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to walk the property, tour homes, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Showcase model apartments and community features through tours.
• Convert inquiries into leases by creating urgency and demonstrating value.
• Guide residents through leasing journey from contact to move-in.
• Use CRM and leasing software to track leads and manage pipeline.
• Develop leasing campaigns and local outreach to boost traffic.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floorplans, and amenities.
• Source new sales opportunities.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
