Middleburg Communities is seeking a motivated New Home Sales/Leasing Consultant to drive sales and deliver exceptional service through the leasing and move-in process. You will guide residents with model tours, showcasing community features and the lifestyle of our homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–2+ years of high‑touch customer service or sales experience in luxury leasing or new home sales.
• Ability to walk the property, tour homes, and lift up to 20 lbs; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales representative for new residents—showcasing model apartments and community features.
• Convert inquiries into leases by creating urgency and demonstrating value at every touchpoint.
• Guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey—from first contact to move-in.
• Utilize RealPage/OneSite and CRM to track leads and manage the pipeline in real time.
• Develop leasing campaigns, local outreach, and referral programs to boost qualified traffic.
• Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floorplans, and neighborhood amenities.
