The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing. This role requires proactive sales techniques, customer relationship management, and a strong understanding of the housing market to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.
Regular, in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. The job may require working more than eight hours per day in confined quarters, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying equipment up to 50 pounds, and occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
