Mungo Homes in Charlotte, NC is seeking a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role focuses on securing prospective clients, showing communities, discussing terms of sale, and drafting real estate contracts.
You will participate in training to improve your sales techniques, promote properties with marketing collateral, outline options for buyers, and work toward meeting our sales and production goals.
Mungo Homes is adding a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to our team in the growing Charlotte, NC market! This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community. This will include showing community to prospective buyer, discussing conditions of sale and drawing up real estate contracts.

One to three years related experience and/or training in residential real estate.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) KOVA software (preferred)
North Carolina Residential Real Estate License, required South Carolina Residential Real Estate License, preferred
