Century Linen in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Production Team Member to join our busy laundry facility. You will handle linens from sorting through packing, following established procedures to ensure quality and timely delivery.

This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The shift schedule includes Sundays 3:30pm–12:00am and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 6:00am–4:30pm, with Mondays-Wednesdays off.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in industrial laundry or production is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Process linens and textiles from washing to packing.

DescriptionWe need Production Team Member to join our Worcester Team!!!Shift- Sunday 330pm to 12am / Thursdays, Friday & Saturdays 6am to 430pm (Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays Off)Position SummaryThe Production Team Member is responsible for processing, handling, sorting, washing, drying, finishing, folding, packing, and preparing linens and other textile products for delivery to customers. This position plays an essential role in maintaining production efficiency, meeting quality standards, and ensuring that all linens are processed according to company procedures, customer specifications, and established safety and hygiene requirements.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial laundry environment.Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position works in an industrial laundry facility where employees may be exposed to heat, humidity, noise, wet floors, moving equipment, and repetitive physical activities.The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, and handling linen bundles and materials.
