Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to streamline hiring, new hire processes, orientation, and compliance training for staff.

The role involves coordinating with hiring managers and handling background checks, I-9s, and paperwork to ensure smooth onboarding. The position requires strong communication, organization, and HR system skills, with experience in recruitment and healthcare environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR onboarding/administrative role.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and hiring practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers, including job requisitions and postings.
• Coordinate new hire process: offers, orientation packets, background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification, and paperwork.
• Schedule onboarding and New Employee Orientation for new hires.
• Conduct weekly in-person orientations and virtual training sessions.
• Create and maintain employment badges.
• Administer the pre-employment process and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Oversee transitions of transferring employees and changes in status.
• Present orientation and compliance training as part of a rotation.
• Maintain the job description database for all employees.
• Respond to verification requests and HR service tickets.
