Job summary

Greystone Programs is opening a new OPWDD-certified group home in Rock Tavern, NY, and seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the start-up and ongoing operations within our Residential Services program for adults with I/DD.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in an I/DD setting and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will mentor DSP staff, develop and monitor meaningful plans, and ensure residents grow and participate in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in an I/DD setting.
• Familiarity with OPWDD guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required for QIDP role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the new group home in Rock Tavern, NY.
• Mentor, teach and guide Direct Support Professional staff.
• Lead in creating, monitoring and evaluating meaningful plans for residents.
• Coordinate the team to support residents' growth and community involvement.
