Greystone Programs is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to assist in day-to-day oversight of a community residence in Monroe, NY. This role supports the Residence Manager, leads a team of direct support professionals, and helps implement life plans to promote independent living for individuals.

Familiarity with OPWDD guidelines is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Schedule includes Saturdays–Wednesdays with day and evening hours and some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day oversight of a community residence.
