Job summary

Greystone Programs, Inc. seeks an Assistant Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of a Staatsburg, NY community residence. The role supports the Residence Manager, leads direct support staff, and develops life plans to help residents gain independence and lead healthier lives.

Flexible Tue–Sat schedule with day and evening hours and some on-call responsibility. Bachelor’s degree preferred; OPWDD guidelines experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with OPWDD guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day oversight of a community residence.
• Lead and support a team of direct support professionals.
• Develop and implement life plans to help residents build independent life skills.
• Provide high-quality services to residents and encourage community engagement.
