Job summary

Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of health needs.

The role may include charge nurse duties and delegation within scope to ensure safe, reliable care. The team operates days with a 36-hour work week, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available, with RN hourly wages around $39 and

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope and competence.
