Retell AI is hiring a Software Engineer for Founders Initiatives to design and build internal and external AI systems powering hiring, sales, operations, and scaling. You'll craft production-grade AI workflows and agent systems that directly impact company operations and customer experience.

We welcome exceptional new graduates with up to 1 year of experience and a strong engineering background in backend, full-stack, or systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (backend/full-stack/systems).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI tooling via internships, research, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI systems powering Retell's operations across HR, security, and GTM.
• Develop AI workflows, automations, and agent systems with production-grade reliability.
• Integrate with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Make).
• Own API-based integrations connecting internal systems across the company.
