Color is seeking a Software Engineer for a New Grad 2026 cohort in South San Francisco. You will join a team of engineers, product managers and designers building AI-powered care platforms that streamline onboarding, risk assessment, and patient experiences across Color's services.

Ideal candidates are recent CS graduates (2025 or 2026) with a passion for using software to improve cancer care, strong coding habits, and familiarity with modern web stacks (Python, Django, React, AWS, REST, SQL).

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a 4-year CS degree.
• Interest in applying software to improve cancer care outcomes.
• Commitment to high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience or interest using AI tools in development workflows.
• Familiarity with modern web stacks (Python, Django, AWS, REST, React).
