Color is building a Virtual Cancer Clinic with a team of engineers, PMs and designers. You will join a new grad cohort to learn engineering practices, contribute to an AI platform powering care-team tools and patient experiences, and help onboard patients efficiently.

Qualificações

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a four year degree in Computer Science
• A passion for using software and technology to help save lives and prevent catastrophic disease
• A commitment to producing high quality code and eliminating duplication
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., code generation, copilot) in development workflows
• Curiosity around applying ML/AI to real-world problems
• Motivation to join a team with rigorous engineering practices: code reviews, automated testing, logging, monitoring
• Familiarity with web stacks including Python, Django, AWS, SQL, REST APIs, React, HTML5, CSS3, ES6+
• Affinity for collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Embed AI-driven automation into care workflows to increase care team capacity
• Extend and build patient experiences across onboarding, enrollment, testing, treatment, and survivorship
• Build infrastructure for developers to expand and unlock efficiencies and enable new AI tooling
