Bronx school seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, plan, and deliver therapy for students with communication disorders. You will work with teachers and families to implement IEP goals and monitor progress on a school calendar.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, NY licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP, with a solid understanding of child development and milestones. Pediatric experience preferred but not required; day shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong understanding of child development and speech-language milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate speech and language abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Develop IEP goals and therapy plans with measurable outcomes.
• Provide individual or group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support communication needs.
• Maintain progress notes and prepare reports for IEP meetings.
