Our client, a Bronx, NY school dedicated to supporting children with disabilities, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Bronx, NY. New grads welcome and compensation ranges from $63K to $78K per year.

Responsibilities include assessments, IEP development, therapy delivery, collaboration with educators and families, and comprehensive documentation. Requirements include a Master's in SLP, NY licensure, and CCC-SLP; pediatric experience preferred.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Strong understanding of child development and typical speech and language milestones.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

• Assess and evaluate students using standardized tests and observations.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with goals and outcomes.
• Provide individual or group therapy using articulation, language and play-based approaches.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support communication needs.
