RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bronx, NY for a full-time position on a day shift. This role welcomes new graduates and involves assessment, intervention planning, therapy delivery, collaboration with educators and families, and documentation for IEPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Strong understanding of child development and typical speech and language milestones.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students using standardized tests and observations.
• Develop IEPs with specific goals, therapy strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide individual or group therapy using articulation drills, language stimulation, and play-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student communication needs.
• Maintain progress records and write reports for IEP meetings.
