Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Sales Development Representative - New Grad to join our Chicago office. You’ll identify and qualify inbound opportunities, work with Marketing to build effective funnels, and help Account Executives target strategic opportunities in your market segment.

You’ll demonstrate Flexport’s value via calls, emails, and social channels, and shadow AEs to gain the skills for the next step in the sales path. New grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree OR 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for cold-calling and engaging new prospects.
• Ability to explain Flexport's value propositions to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new inbound sales opportunities for Flexport.
• Partner with marketing in developing, testing, and implementing new inbound funnels.
• Work with Account Executives to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in your market segment.
• Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, and other social mediums.
• Shadow Account Executives in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for the next role on the Flexport sales team.
