Job summary

Qualifications
- RN with active license in state of practice

- 1–3 years clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans
- Develops nursing care plans by assessing history, exam, and needs
- Teaches patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
- Evaluates care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed
- Maintains safe environment by following infection-control and medication procedures
- Documents patient care in records and charts
- Maintains equipment and supplies and ensures readiness for patient care
- Maintains competency through ongoing professional development and leadership input
