Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice required upon hire.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and coordinating with the care team.
• Develops nursing care plans and documents patient condition and interventions.
• Educates patients and families on condition, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates care against standards and updates plans as needed.
• Maintains infection control and safe handling of medications and supplies.
• Documents care in patient records.
• Keeps equipment and supplies ready and maintained.
• Maintains competence as directed by leadership.
