Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and coordinating with the health care team.

• Teaches patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Evaluates patient care against standards and revises care plans as needed.
