Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years clinical experience preferred.

• Coordinates with physicians and health care team for patient plans and updates.
• Maintains patient safety and documentation per policies and regulations.
• Provides education to patient and family on conditions and self-care.
