Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred for new graduates transitioning to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing plan to the care team.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with objectives and interventions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the patient care environment.
• Document care activities accurately in patient records.
