Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with adequate vision and communication.
• Preferred 1–3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by reviewing physician orders and coordinating with the health care team.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans, documenting patient status.
• Educate patients and families on condition, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection-control and safety protocols.
• Document services in patient records and manage supplies.
