Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by reviewing physician orders and communicating care plans with the team.
• Develop nursing care plans by assessing patients and documenting status and needs.
• Educate patients and families on health requirements and treatments.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and compliant patient care environment and proper documentation.
