Mercy St. Louis is seeking an Registered Nurse – Telemetry 2 (Tele2) for our Telemetry Level 2 unit. You will care for acute adult patients with cardiac and respiratory needs, monitor rhythms, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

This role offers exposure to higher-acuity telemetry without ICU pressures and opportunities to advance toward stepdown or critical care tracks in a collaborative Mercy environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Currently licensed as an RN in the hiring state and/or eligible for compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
