Mercy St. Louis is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) unit.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced telemetry environment with exposure to cardiac and respiratory conditions requiring close monitoring. The role emphasizes critical thinking, rapid assessment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans across a high-acuity population.

Qualifications

• RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
