Mercy St. Louis seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry 2 (Tele2) unit. You will deliver patient-centered care in a high-acuity telemetry environment, focusing on cardiac and respiratory conditions and rapid clinical assessment.

Qualifications

• Education: nursing degree required (ADN/ diploma/ BSN).
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Manage patients with moderate to high acuity needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
