Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking a Nursing Graduate who works under the direct supervision of an RN in a clinical setting, participating in patient care delivery while preparing for RN licensure. The Nursing Graduate role supports the Nurse Residency program to test and advance through the board exams and transition to a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Completion of an RN education program. Education will be verified.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilités

• Assessment: Collects patient data under the direct supervision of the RN.
• Planning: Discusses prioritization of patient needs with the RN.
• Implementation: Observes the plan of care and supports patient needs under supervision.
• Evaluation: Reports patient responses to treatments and collaborates with the RN.
• Participation: Participates in patient/family education under RN supervision.
• Demonstrates responsibility and confidentiality in care delivery.
• Aims to obtain RN licensure per Intermountain Health standards.
