Qualifications

• BSN degree within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana RN License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.
• ACLS required within 9 months of hire for ICU/ED RNs.
• PALS required within 9 months of hire for ICU/ED/RNs.
• TNCC within 12 months of transfer or hire for ICU/ED/RNs.

• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and teams.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
