Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking an RN to join the 4 West Tower Med/Surg Unit. You will work nights from 7:00 p.m.

to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend and holiday rotations, providing direct nursing care alongside a supportive team of caregivers. The minimum qualifications include ASN or BSN and RN licensure, BLS certification, and new grad or less than one year of acute inpatient RN experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include ASN or BSN and RN licensure.
• BLS certification required through AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or less than one year RN work experience or moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care with less than one year acute RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Nurse Residency core curriculum.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
