Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking an RN for a demanding Med/Surg unit. You will deliver direct nursing care with support from a success coach, while prioritizing care based on patient needs and available resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or <1 year RN inpatient/acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise patient care priorities based on acuity, preferences and resources.
• Respond to signals of risk to patient health and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision when needed and document care in patients’ medical records.
