Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• License: Must have current RN license or RN Temporary Permit in Missouri.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on rotations and guided mentorship to strengthen clinical skills.
• Develop critical thinking, communication, and competency in Med-Surg, Neuroscience, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Trauma Surgical units.
