Mercy Hospital South is seeking a New Graduate RN for its Critical Care RN Residency Program. This role offers hands-on clinical training, structured mentoring, and a pathway to independence as you develop critical care skills.

New Graduate RN Residency Program

New graduate nurses at Mercy Hospital South are supported through our comprehensive RN Residency Program, designed to help you transition from student to practicing nurse with confidence.

This 8-16 week hands-on clinical training experience provides structured support while you develop practical skills and build clinical confidence.
