Qualifications

• Current RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS certification.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Epic, 3M preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based standards.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care that respects cultural diversity and promotes engagement.
• Coordinate safe care delivery, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support research and evidence-based practices.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, contribute to protocol development, and ensure resource efficiency.
