Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC offers an RN Residency Program to support nurses transitioning to clinical practice across Medical-Surgical and specialty units. Qualifications

• RN residency program requires a nursing degree (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; hospital experience may be preferred for some units.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in Medical-Surgical and specialty units.
• Participate in classroom learning, skill development, and mentorship with preceptor support.
