Job summary

Banner Health in Casper, Wyoming is launching its New Nurse Experience (NNE) Residency for recent nursing graduates. This full‑time RN program guides you from classroom to clinical practice through mentors, simulation training, and unit placements to build confidence and competence over 12 months.

New grads must graduate from an accredited program (BSN preferred, ADN considered at some locations) and obtain BLS.

Qualifications

• Recent or Upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred - open to ADN at select locations.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate with the health care team to ensure quality care.
• Document nursing care and patient progress in the record.
• Mentor and support new grads during the residency program.
