Zusammenfassung

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Complex Medical Care Unit in Mayfield Heights. You will float across three wings, providing education, compassionate care, and hands-on nursing under guidance from a coach and experienced team.

The one-year Nurse Residency includes nine tracks, online modules, simulation labs, and hands-on training, with opportunities for loan repayment and tuition reimbursement. Shift rotates 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross
• New grad or less than one year RN experience, or moving from non-inpatient to acute care with less than one year current acute RN experience

Aufgaben

• Participate in residency core curriculum based on learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity, preference, resources).
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and take corrective action.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
• Document in patients’ medical records
