Cleveland Clinic is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Complex Medicine Unit at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, OH. This full-time, day shift position offers a structured residency and supportive mentorship to help new graduates develop their nursing skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN) required.
- New grad or less than one year of RN work experience required.
- Current state RN licensure required; BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
Responsabilités
- Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care.
- Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors.
- Participate in residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
- Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
- Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
- Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action.
- Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
- Document in patients’ medical records.
