Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland, OH seeks an RN for its one-year Nurse Residency program on a 59-bed Med/Surg unit serving medical, neurological and telemetry patients.

You will work with a dedicated team, participate in a residency core curriculum, receive coaching, and benefit from loan repayment, tuition reimbursement and relocation options; daytime schedule 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA or Red Cross.
• New grad or less than one year RN work experience or transition from non‑inpatient to acute direct care with <1 year current acute RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity, patient preference and resource availability).
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
• Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
