Trinity Health in Hartford, CT is seeking graduates and nurses with less than 12 months of clinical experience to join a 12-month Nurse Residency Program. The program is designed to transition from student to professional RN with structured orientation, preceptor support, and seminars.

Participants complete an Evidence‑Based Practice project, engage in monthly seminars, and may be placed across Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center or Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, with night shift

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Less than 12 months of RN clinical experience at the time of hire.
• Connecticut RN license is not required to apply; must obtain CT license before start date.
• Resume required and relevant clinical experiences encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Transition from graduate nurse to professional RN through a structured 12‑month program.
• Provide safe, evidence‑based, people‑centered patient care.
• Attend monthly residency seminars and complete required program activities.
