Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for Progressive Care (Step down). The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing care across Med-Surg and ICU interfaces.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred, not required.
• RN licensure (or RN applicant) required.
• BLS or ACLS required within 6 months of hire; ACLS preferred at hire.
• Experience as LPN or Patient Care Technician/ CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients.
• Act as service line between Med-Surg and ICU units.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Ensure safe and therapeutic environment; coordinate care across departments.
