Job summary

The Banner Health New Nurse Experience Program in Gilbert, AZ is a full-time RN position designed to transition new graduates into competent, professional nurses through mentored clinical experiences, simulation training, and structured development pathways. You will be placed on a PCU unit and work three 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday rotations.

Candidates should have recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card (through either American Heart Association, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain certification before a start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit education and training activities.
